Reminders for Thursday night promotion ceremony. Everyone enters through door I. Students will meet in the cafeteria at 4:30 pm. Doors open for family at 5:00 pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm. Each student received 3 tickets for family. Please bring your tickets to the ceremony. No balloons, party poppers, food, or drink allowed in the auditorium. 8th graders will be released first, followed by everyone else to the front lawn for photo opportunities.

DEADLINE APPROACHING: Online Registration is open for the 25-26 SY for all returning PreK-11 grade students. Primary guardians should have received an email from "PowerSchool Enrollment" that is specific to your student(s). As a reminder, our summer enrichment program will be in partnership with IB Conklin and the YMCA Good Shepherd. This program is for all current West students. Two options will be offered. Option 1- A FREE enrichment only option which is from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Monday through Thursday (June 23 - July 31). Option 2 - For those who need care for a full day (Good Shepherd Adventure Camp (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) and students will attend West Middle School for Enrichment M-Th from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Please see the attached flyers for more information and scan the QR Code/Link to register. For those interested in Option 2, there is a fee for the YMCA Adventure Camp, however they do have Financial Assistance Available. Space for Summer Enrichment is limited, so please register ASAP. 2025-2026 Cheer Tryouts will take place on May 27, 29, & 30 from 4:15-5:30 pm in the main gym. All current 5th, 6th, & 7th graders are welcome. Must attend all 3 dates to be eligible. Contact coach Carter for more info: samantha.carter@rps205.com

Middle school artists from across RPS 205 are teaming up with muralist Dustin Eckhardt to paint a student-inspired mural at Hillman Elementary! Over two days, students are bringing their creative vision to life as part of the All District Mural Project.
