Athletic Eligibility Requirements

1. Sports Physical (turned into the nurse before the first game). Physicals are active for 13 months and must be active the entire sports season the student is playing. A school physical also counts (6th graders must have one already to be in school).

2. Registration on Eisenhower 8to18

3. Maintain Academic Eligibility (This is ran every week on Monday). Students must pass a minimum of 5 classes (cannot have more than 1 F).  If a student receives more than 1 F in the fall semester (average of 1st and 2nd quarter grade), the student cannot play any sports in the spring semester. Also if a 6th or 7th grade student receives more than 1 F in the spring semester average grades, he or she cannot play sports the next fall semester the following year. 

Admission

Students must be accompanied by an adult.

Children not yet in kindergarten are free.

Activity Bus

The activity bus is ​scheduled to leave at 5:05 p.m. from the front of the building. Students must have a bus pass to get on (coach can provide a pass).  Any activities going later will need parent pick up. Please talk to coach if interested in riding an activity bus.
